At what cost to children, families & taxpayers?

- Never meet with employees of Children's Services without 'a credible witness'. They often been caught lying and exaggerate in court and their reports rarely reflect actual interviews. When possible, have a lawyer and clergy at the interview.
- Audiotape and videotape interviews conducted in your home.
- Laws vary for telephonic recording of others, check laws for your state.
FALSE REPORTS OF ABUSE / NEGLECT
As a result of the laws protecting the persons identity making reports of abuse / neglect, false Reports of abuse / neglect are made against parents everyday and in every state.
Parents complain to the family courts expecting justice. This is where not knowing what the cross-over laws are, assure there will never be justice.
- Making a False Report of Abuse / Neglect is a criminal offense, punishable by law.
- You must make a complaint to the police station in the city where the false complaint of abuse and / or neglect was made. Their detectives will investigate and will take it to the prosecutors office. You may take the complaint directly to the prosecutor, but usually more effective filing the proper complaint first with the police department.
- Regardless of your personal feelings, police officers also go through divorce and are subjected to the same violations in their own divorce and custody cases. Many police officers are members of Govabuse.
- Nothing gets done in one day, give police detectives and prosecutors time to do their jobs. You will lose credibility by trying to harass them into working faster.
